The Pie Litter

Cookie welcomed her 5 boys and 3 girls on October 10th 2008.
Mom and puppies are doing well.

10/10/08

pups are three days old 10/13/08

Pups are one week old 10/17/08

Pups turned two weeks old on 10/24/08, this was a big week for the pups.
Their eyes are open, they are walking around and they have their colored collars on.

The pups had their first meal today (11/3/08). They ate well but still prefer mom.
They have moved out of the whelping box and into the puppy pen filled with pine shavings. This gives them more room to play.

11/15/08
The puppies are growing every day. They are running and playing with each other. They are spending most of their time outside (weather permitting). They are a joy to be around and keep a smile on my face all the time.

12/1/08
The puppies went to the vet today and had their "well puppy" check. They all passed with flying colors.
